CLIENTS /ARTISTS/ MODELS: - OKAY, PAY ATTENTION BECAUSE THIS PAGE CONTAINS INTRUCTIONS FOR ALL TYPES OF MODELS. THE SECTIONS ARE LABLED. THERE ARE THREE KINDS OF MODELS THAT I WORK WITH. DECIDE WHICH ONE YOU ARE AND READ ONLY THE SECTION THAT IS UNDER THAT STYLE.

THE THREE STYLES

1. GENERAL MODEL: MODELS LOOKING TO BUILD OR WORK ON THIER PORTFOLIO
2. TFP/CD-R MODEL - THE MODELS THAT ARE LOOKING TO TO A SHOOT FOR TRADE.
3. PAID MODEL: MODELS WHO ARE PROFESSIONALS LOOKING FOR PAID WORK

1.GENERAL MODELS ONLY:
MODELING TERMS : These terms are not only for the models I work with but also people/artists who request my photography services. You must be 18 years of age and/or have your parents permission. You must read all of my terms and conditions and agree to them. You must understand that I am NOT a professional. We will speak over phone, e-mail, yahoo im, or myspace BEFORE we shoot anything. I will NOT travel to you unless I say otherwise. If you have any questions or concerns contact me. Please make sure you scroll all the way down to read the end of this page.

PAYMENTS: You will pay half to start and half after I edit. We will always shoot over 300 frames...out of the 300 plus frames you will choose the an amount of:

  1. 15 EDITED photos ($115)
  2. 25 EDITED photos ($150)
  3. 35 EDITED photos ($200)
  4. $5 an image after that.
  5. UNLIMITED LOOKS
  6. UNLIMITED TIME / DAYS (We shoot however long it takes no stop date or time)

 

It takes up a lot of my time to airbrush and edit photos. Taking off blemishes..pimples... extra fat etc. takes hours, this is the reason I have prices. Normal rates are around $350 and higher, I'm not a pro yet so I lowered my price. However, prices will go up the more advanced I get. So take advantage now!

MAKE UP: I do most of it digitaly, (airbrushing) but I can assit you with basic make up.. If we are going for a drastic make up job then we will need to get a make up artist; They charge around ($75 per hour ).

HAIR: YOU MUST GET YOUR OWN HAIR DONE! - Depending on what your look is we will give you an idea of how you should get your hair.

*NOTE:I really don't like it when people bring others to their shoot because it takes concentration away from the models. I will have my artistic director there to assist us because I cant shoot the camera and fix your clothes at the same time. If you MUST bring someone, I hope that person dose not annoy me by getting in my way, if so it will show in YOUR film.

*ALSO NOTE: We are going to shoot until you are 100% happy with your photos. If I show you the frames; and you do not like the images, we will shoot agian and agian until you do. (no extra fee). I am all about leaving my subjects satisfied!

***If you offer to be the driver for all of us for the day, I will throw in an extra 10 edited photos!

***Add the photography page as your #1 friend on myspace for $5 off total. (at least for 2 months)

PROCESS: ( some things may be re-arranged if needed) The process with go something like this: After you contact me, We will talk via Yahoo messenger, myspace, phone etc. about what is expected of both of us. (NOTE: I am the kind of person that needs to get a little personal with my subjects in order to vibe with them. I work much better after I know the subject a little, so don't act stiff. be yourself and have a personality because I am down to earth and goofy, However; I maintain a seriousness - Think of our sessions as just hangin' with your friends ) You will talk with my artistic director (Dimee') to talk about themes you may want to do, the kind of clothes you should bring , hairstyles you should concider and all of that. If you need her to help you shop or pick out an outfit or hair etc. she can help you with that. I use to do this myself, but with school, I am way too busy. Because I have no studio yet, the city will be our location. We can shoot at several locations if you are the driver. Downtown is great for a veriety of locations. We will fill out the contracts. (please print it out here) I then will shoot you and then we will depart. On one of the next following days, you will come to my appartment and choose your best photos that you want edited (You may pay an aditional fee for everything over your package). You will leave and I will then edit your photos however we discussed. I will not be rushed to finish your photos ...you may ask me when I will finish and I will give you a general time that I may get done, I go by MY schd. I WILL TAGG ALL PHOTOS with my website name. I will NOT print your photos unless you want to pay extra (walmart). I will however put your finish products on a CD R . You will then come in and tell me if you approve them or not. If you approve, I then will give you your CD R with your images on them. you will then pay me the rest of the payment <<unless you ordered more. I then am allowed by our contract to put the selected images on my website as a part of my portfolio. If you do NOT AGREE that you like what you saw, you will either watch me destroy the CD R and you may walk away, or we can re-shoot.

DOWN PAYMENT: You will pay me half before we start and half after.

RETOUCHING: I can hide most tattoos (If small). I can somewhat flatten your bellies lol (If it isnt that big). I can remove scars, cellulite, strech marks and pimples.. etc. I also do most of your make-up digitally!. (Ask for more info)

AGAIN: I am NOT a professional photographer. This is just practice for me..

WARNING: The uploader that Myspace uses to upload pics is crapy. As you most likley know, sometimes it blurs the image when upload. This is not my fault... I suggest you put a few photos on your profile as I did for my Photography page.

BOFORE THE SHOOT WE WILL TALK ABOUT THE FOLLOWING:

  1. If your not a pro why do we pay? You are paying for my time shooting and editing. .

  3. Will you pay me? NO, you are not a pro and I don't need you.
  4. Would you distribute my photos to other people or sites? NO!
  5. Can I do a shoot with another model? Yes, for a fee of $20 an extra person.

 

2. TFP/CD TRADE MODELS ONLY:

TFP/CD MODELING TERMS: I do not usually do TFP/ CD shoots with models because I am not a client. I have no use for models so I do not need you. There are three exceptions.

TFP/CD MODEL EXCEPTIONS: THERE ARE CERTAIN MODELS THAT ARE HARD TO FIND THAT I NEED TO UPDATE MY BOOK. A TFP MAY BE AN OPTION IF A MODEL HAS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES OR FEATURES:

MODEL IS OF AN EXOTIC CULTURE/BACKGROUND
MODELS IS OF MY DESIRED HEIGHT (GIRLS: 5’9 and up BOYS: 6'2 and up )
MODEL HAS AN INTERESTING LOOK THAT IS UN COMMON TO ME

YOU NEED TO HAVE TWO OF THE THREE. IF YOU THINK YOU MAY BE WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR JUST ASK ME. THESE ARE MUCH NEEDED AND WATED FEATURES AND BECAUSE OF THIS, I WILL SHOOT WITH YOU ON A TPP/CD BASIS.

 

3.PAID MODELS ONLY:

IF I NEED A MODEL FOR A PROJECT OF MY OWN I WILL PAY A MODEL TO WORK BECAUSE I AM NOW IN NEED OF THE MODEL. THAT MODEL WILL NOT RECIVE ANY OF THE EDITED IMAGES THAT I SHOOT. THAT WOULD BE LIKE GETTING PAID TO HAVE A FREE PHOTOSHOOT! IF YOU GET PAID TO DO A JOB, THAT’S IT, YOU DO THE JOB. YOU DO NOT GET PAID 2X. YOU MAY VIEW THE FINISHED IMAGES AND PAY A FEE IF YOU WANT A FEW ON A CD-R. I MAY CUT YOU A DEAL IF YOU WERE FUN TO WORK WITH.
